Canvas Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Ty Baker to its Board of Directors. Baker brings a wealth of experience and a passion for developing leaders and coaching them to maximize their potential.
Ty currently serves as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant with Hennepin County and is the Principal of the Ty Baker Series Consulting organization.
Ty holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Glassboro State/Rowan University and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul. His commitment to lifelong learning is evident through his numerous certifications, including the “Leading Teams” certificate from the University of Michigan, a certification from the University of Minnesota Train the Trainer Program, and a certificate in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University.
In addition to his academic achievements, Ty is a graduate and Top Five Award Winner in Dale Carnegie’s Sales Advantage Course and was one of the few African Americans to graduate from the Prudential Management Intern Program.
