I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for children to express themselves and work through their struggles.

I use a combination of therapeutic techniques including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help children build resilience and coping strategies. I work closely with parents and caregivers to provide support and guidance on how to best help their child.

I specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. I am dedicated to continuing education and staying up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in child therapy. My goal is to empower children to reach their full potential and lead happy, healthy lives. I look forward to working with you and your child on their journey to healing and growth.

I love being outside exploring nature. I find peace while rock climbing or being in wild settings. I have a big sweet slow dog who I love with my whole heart!
