Psychotherapist/Clinical Supervisor
I feel that everyone has their own personal story and experience that have led them to seek support. It is my role as a therapist to meet clients where they are at emotionally, mentally and physically to help facilitate the journey of healing. A trusting relationship is fundamental to helping people make positive change in their lives. I believe that therapy is a partnership where health and wellness are the goal.
I am a LICSW who has been providing therapeutic services for the past 18 years. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and families with a variety of therapeutic needs. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing-EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy-ART, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, and Attachment Therapies. I have experience in a number of areas with a focus on trauma, attachment disorders, depression, anxiety as well as others.
I love working with a variety of people, getting to know them and finding out not only life challenges, but strengths as well.
I enjoy getting to know people and have been known to be a goof ball (my three teenagers call me that). I enjoy sports and being outdoors whenever I can. I love to cook and bake on weekends when I am not at traveling basketball tournaments.
