School Based Therapist; Castle Elementary
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my foundation is both client-centered and trauma informed, which means that I approach each client with unconditional positive regard and that I believe that examining our experiences is valuable because it shapes who we are. As an art therapist I recognize that the capacity for creative expression is a fundamental aspect of health.
I obtained my MFT license and Art Therapy Board Certification in California where I worked in a locked residential facility with severely at-risk teens. I’ve also worked in community outreach, and I am currently working with elementary age youth in a school-based outpatient position.
