When I provide psychotherapy, my goal is to help children and young people understand and manage their feelings and thoughts, and behaviors to improve their relationships. To treat a mental health condition, I help a child to identify and manage their symptoms so that they can function well at home, in school, and in their community.
I worked in Argentina as an individual psychotherapist providing services to children and adults in my Spanish until I moved the USA in 2001 where I started providing in home family therapy and couples therapy. During COVID I started working as an Equine-Assisted psychotherapist providing services to teenagers that have struggled in conventional Psychotherapist and helping them overcome the challenges they faced in life with the help of my horse Ranger who is an excellent co-therapist.
Practicing yoga and stay physically active help my soul feel renewed with every class. Hacking with my beagle Rudy is an import part of my selfcare as well expending time with my children, friends, and my beautiful cats.
